A multi-zone vertical vacuum system with high-pressure dust extraction ensures optimal print surface preparation through segmented airflow management, maintaining exceptional graphic definition across production runs.
Power transmission employs synchronized belt-gear drives combined with advanced edge-gripping vacuum conveyors, enhanced with variable-frequency vacuum pressure regulation for automatic adaptation to diverse substrate dimensions and curvature variations. The maintenance-free shaft coupling mechanism eliminates traditional keyway designs, guaranteeing permanent gear-shaft integrity and sustained print cylinder concentricity during extended operations.
Drive components utilize tungsten-carbide treated alloy steel gears precision-ground to Rockwell 58-62 hardness specifications through specialized heat treatment processes. The modular anilox roller assembly incorporates quick-change blade/scraper configurations, enabling dynamic mechanical reconfiguration for varied production requirements.
Printing operations are governed by PLC-controlled automation systems featuring proprietary micro-pressure technology. This includes computer-regulated plate cylinder elevation control and patented bottom-roll pressure adjustment mechanisms achieving 0.1mm precision increments, ensuring consistent impression force management throughout the printing process.
